摘　　要：目的探讨康复新液联合重组人干扰素α-2b治疗宫颈炎的疗效及对IL-6、TNF-α和VEGF水平影响。方法选取医院就诊的宫颈炎患者112例,采用随机数字表法分为两组各56例。对照组给予重组人干扰素α-2b治疗,治疗组给予康复新液。观察两组患者临床疗效、临床症状缓解时间和宫颈修复时间、免疫功能指标水平、SF-36评分、VAS评分、血清炎性因子水平和不良反应发生情况。结果经过治疗后,治疗组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者临床症状缓解时间和宫颈修复时间显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组CD^+3、CD^+4、NK、CD^+4/CD^+8水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后CRP、TNF-α、IL-6和VEGF水平显著降低,VEGF水平显著升高(P<0.05);并且治疗组CRP、TNF-α、IL-6和VEGF水平改善程度较明显(P<0.05);两组患者VAS评分显著降低,SF-36评分显著升高(P<0.05);并且治疗组VAS评分和SF-36评分改善程度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用康复新液联合重组人干扰素α-2b用于治疗宫颈炎,具有较好的临床疗效,能够明显改善患者免疫功能,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Kangfuxin Solution combined with recombinant human interferonα-2 b on cervicitis and its effect on levels of IL-6,TNF-αand VEGF.Methods A total of 112 cases of patients with cervicitis were selected from our hospital,and were divided into two groups by random number table method(n=56).The control group was treated with recombinant human interferonα-2 b,and the treatment group with Kangfuxin Solution.Clinical efficacy,clinical symptom relief time and cervical repair time,immune function index level,SF-36 score,VAS score,serum inflammatory factor level and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Clinical symptom remission time and cervical repair time in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD^+3,CD^+4,NK and CD^+4/CD^+8 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αwere significantly reduced and VEGF levels significantly increased(P<0.05).In addition,the relief of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αand VEGF were significantly obvious in the treatment group(P<0.05).The VAS score was significantly decreased and SF-36 score were significantly increased in the two groups(P<0.05).Moreover,those in the treatment group were significantly improved than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kangfuxin Solution combined with recombinant human interferonα-2 b for the treatment of cervicitis has a good clinical effect and can significantly improve the immune function of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
