痰热清胶囊联合激素抗生素治疗放射性肺炎的有效性及安全性

摘　　要：目的分析痰热清胶囊联合激素抗生素治疗放射性肺炎(RP)的有效性及安全性。方法106例RP患者随机分为观察组及对照组各53例,对照组给予激素联合抗生素,观察组患者加用痰热清胶囊。比较两组患者临床有效率、生活质量(KPS)及血清TGF-β1、PCT、IL-6、CRP水平,记录不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为96.2%(51/53),明显高于对照组的79.2%(42/53)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组KPS升高,血清TGF-β1、PCT、IL-6、CRP降低(P<0.05)。组间相比,观察组TGF-β1、IL-6、CRP降低更为明显(P<0.05)。其余指标相近。结论痰热清胶囊联合激素抗生素治疗RP安全有效,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of Tanreqing Capsules combined with hormones and antibiotics for radiation pneumonitis(RP).Methods Totally 106 patients with RP were randomly divided into control group(53 cases)and study group(53 cases).The control group received hormones and antibiotics and the study group received compound Tanreqing Capsules additionally.The clinical effects,quality of life(KPS),serum levels of TGF-β1,PCT,IL-6 and CRP were compared.The adverse reactions were recorded.Results The clinical effect of study group was 96.2%(51/53),which was higher than the control group’s 79.2%(42/53)(P<0.05).After treatment,the KPS increased,the levels of TGF-β1,PCT,IL-6 and CRP decreased in both groups.Compared with those in control group,the levels of TGF-β1,IL-6 and CRP decreased greatly(P<0.05).The other indexes were similar.Conclusion Tanreqing Capsules combined with hormones and antibiotics is effective and safe for RP,and is worthy of widely clinical use.
