妊娠期糖尿病酮症酸中毒并发高脂血症性急性胰腺炎一例

摘　　要：妊娠期糖尿病酮症酸中毒并发高脂血症性急性胰腺炎临床较少见。本例患者为以腹痛为首发症状的晚期妊娠妇女,32岁,孕29+5周,依据相关检查结果给予诊断,经积极对症治疗后病情好转出院。随访获知患者顺产一子,产后血糖、血脂正常,无再发胰腺炎表现。Gestational diabetic ketoacidosis complicated with hyperlipidemia acute pancreatitis is rare.This patient was a late-pregnant woman with abdominal pain as the first symptom.She was 32 years old and was 29+5 weeks pregnant.She was diagnosed based on relevant examinations and her condition improved after treated with symptomatic treatment actively.Follow-up showed that the patient had a successful birth,the postpartum blood glucose and blood lipids were normal,and there was no recurrence of pancreatitis.
