摘  要:高温溶出工序蒸汽消耗和套管换热面积都与套管入口物料温度相关。本文通过计算,分析不同碱液温度对应的溶出汽耗和换热套管面积变化情况,从溶出套管工程投资、汽耗和电耗费用等方面进行比较,为溶出工序设计和氧化铝厂运行提供参考。The steam consumption and heat exchange area of the tubular are related to the material temperature at the tubular inlet in high temperature digestion process.The variation of steam consumption and heat exchange area of tubular digestion is analyzed by calculation corresponding to the alkali solution temperatures.The tubular investment,steam consumption and power consumption of the digestion were compared to provide reference for the design of digestion process and the operation of alumina refinery.
