摘  要:1073 K下,在18 wt.%NaF-KF-AlF 3-6 wt.%Al 2O 3(CR=1.38)的电解质体系中,铜铁镍基阳极的表面因发生电化学反应形成反应物膜层。该膜层电阻随着电解过程中阳极表面的不断变化而发生变化,阳极过电位也随之发生变化。试验得到的Tafel曲线几乎成直线。由Tafel方程可以得出,当阳极电流密度为0.5 A/cm 2时,阳极过电位为0.23 V,这与恒电流电解后的稳态极化曲线结果相吻合。电解后的铜铁镍基阳极的截面SEM及EDS结果分析显示,阳极表面发生了电化学腐蚀。腐蚀层由外到内为富铜氧化物膜层、富镍铁氧化物膜层、氟化物层。The film layer is formed on the surface of the Cu-Fe-Ni-based anode due to electrochemical reaction in the electrolyte system of 18 wt.%NaF-KF-AlF 3-6 wt.%Al 2O 3(CR=1.38)under 1073 K.The resistance of the film layer changes with the anode surface in the electrolysis process,and the anode overpotential changes as well.The Tafel curve obtained from the test is almost a straight line.It is concluded from Tafel equation that,the anode overvoltage is 0.23 V when the anode current density is 0.5 A/cm 2,which is consistent with the steady-state polarization curve results after galvanostatic electrolysis.The SEM&EDS results of cross section of the Cu-Fe-Ni-based anode show that electrochemical corrosion occurs on the anode surface.The corrosion layer is copper-rich oxide film,nickel-rich iron oxide film and fluoride layer from outside to inside.
