摘　　要：介绍几种常见Al-Zn-Mg-Cu系合金的主要相组成与合金特点,分析了这些合金的熔铸难点。从化学成分、熔炼工艺、炉内精炼处理、铸造工艺以及均匀化退火工艺等方面,讨论了Al-Zn-Mg-Cu系合金的熔铸工艺过程控制。The main phase composition and alloy characteristics of several common Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys were introduced,both the melting and casting difficulties of these alloys were analyzed as well.The melting and casting process control of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy were discussed from the perspectives of chemical composition,melting process and refining treatment in melting/holding furnace,casting process and homogenization annealing process,etc.
