海岛岸线资源开发利用生态压力评估研究——以舟山市金塘岛为例

摘　　要：海岛岸线是未来海洋经济发展的重要活动空间与载体,海岛岸线开发利用的生态压力会影响到资源的有效利用。论文选择舟山市金塘岛为研究对象,在参考已有生态压力指数的研究基础上,提出了基于岸线开发类型、岸线开发生态环境影响分析、岸线开发饱和程度和岸线生态敏感性及生态效应相关性的综合评价指数。研究计算表明,金塘岛岸线开发生态压力指数分别为1.16、1.3和0.15,区域分异非常显著。舟山市金塘岛北部及西南部海域的岸线开发利用已经产生一定的生态压力,且本身所处海域生态环境背景较差,长期处于劣四类水质,未来该区域岸线开发利用需要特别注意生态环境的保护,减少生态压力。区域开发重点可逐步向金塘岛东南部海域转移。Island Shoreline is an important space and support for marine economic development,the ecological pressure from shoreline development and utilization will affect the efficient use of resources.In this paper,Jintang Island located at the southeast of Zhoushan was chosen as a case study area,and based on the previous study on the index of ecological stress,a comprehensive evaluation index related to the type of shoreline,shoreline development environmental impact analysis,shoreline development eco-saturation level,shoreline sensitivity and interrelationship between shoreline ecological effects.Study showed that,index of ecological stress of Jintang Island shoreline development was1.16,1.3 and 0.15 respectively,showed very significant regional difference.Shoreline development and use at north and southwest part of Jintang Island has produced some ecological stress,and along with its poor marine ecological environment background(long-term water quality of which is poorⅣclass).In future,the development and utilization of shoreline in the region require special attention to protect the ecological environment,reduce ecological stress.Regional development focus should shift to the Jintang southeast area.
