摘 要:针对某型号小吨位模锻锤直通管接头,提出了一种一模四件的接头成形方法。通过分析接头的形状特点,结合现有31.5 k J模锻锤的成形能量,将接头原有的一模一件的成形方案优化为一模四件的成形方案。利用改变接头旋转角度并计算模膛最小壁厚的方式,对接头的模膛排布进行多次设计,优选出最佳的一模四件排布方式。对不同坯料尺寸在不同打击效率下的成形过程进行模拟,通过对比分析得到接头一模四件的最佳锻造成形工艺。最后,通过实际生产验证了该工艺的可行性与稳定性。结果表明,通过模膛排布方案优选与工艺优化,接头的生产效率提高了4倍,材料利用率提高了11%。For the pipe joint with right angle forged by a type of small tonnage die forging hammer,a forming method of one mold with four pieces for joint was presented.By analyzing the shape characteristics of joint and combining the forming energy of existing 31.5 k J die forging hammer,the original forming scheme of one mold with one piece for joint was optimized as a forming scheme of one mold with four pieces.By means of changing the rotation angle of joint and calculating the minimum wall thickness of cavity,the cavity layout of joint was designed for many times,and the best layout of one mold with four pieces was optimized.Then,the forming processes of different blank sizes under different blow efficiencies were simulated,and the optimum forging process of one mold with four pieces for joint was obtained by comparative analysis.Finally,the feasibility and stability of process were verified by actual production.The results show that the joint production efficiency is increased by four times,and the material utilization rate is increased by 11%by process optimization and optimal cavity layout scheme.
