摘  要:针对辊挤成形,利用Deform-3D软件进行数值模拟,研究了坯料壁厚对曲线回转外形筒体成形的影响,分析了辊挤过程中坯料的等效应力以及载荷的特征。结果表明:随着坯料壁厚的增加,变形区面积增加、变形力也随之增大,金属流动越困难,不利于成形;随着坯料壁厚的增加,载荷增大、行程增大、辊挤成形设备承受载荷相对较大,成形设备寿命缩短;壁厚减薄量小于16.5 mm时,成形初期金属流入飞边槽的体积少,中后期时金属逐渐充满型槽和飞边槽,产生的飞边大小一致,变形均匀;壁厚减薄量等于16.5 mm时,金属不仅充满型槽和飞边槽,且流向辊缝,得到薄飞边,不利于2道次消除飞边。The roll extrusion was numerically simulated by software Deform-3D,the influence of billet wall thickness on the forming of curved revolving cylinder was studied,and the equivalent stress and load characteristics of billet during roll extrusion process were analyzed.The results show that with the increasing of billet wall thickness,the area of deformation zone increases,the deformation force also increases,and the metal flow is more difficult which is not conducive to forming.Furthermore,the load gradually increases with the increasing of billet wall thickness,the stroke also gradually increases,the roll extrusion equipment bears the relatively large load,and the life of forming equipment is shortened.When the reduction amount of wall thickness is less than 16.5 mm,the volume of metal flowing into the flash groove in the early stage of forming is small,the metal gradually fills the groove and flash groove in the middle and late stage,and the size of generated flash and deformation are uniform.When the reduction amount of wall thickness is equal to 16.5 mm,the metal not only fills the groove and flash groove,but also flows to the roll gap to obtain a thin flash,which is not conducive to eliminating flash in the second pass.
