摘 要:为了研究不同锯片齿形参数对锯齿锯剪性能的影响,基于ABAQUS有限元平台,建立了锯剪机锯齿的有限元模型。对比了两种不同齿形在锯剪过程中的锯剪性能,并采用单因素控制法研究了不同齿前角、齿后角和齿根圆角半径对锯剪性能的影响,同时进行相关实验验证。研究得出:模拟与实验结果吻合较好,二者误差均在合理范围内,验证了有限元模型的可靠性;弧背齿形更适合作热锯剪机的齿形;在锯剪过程中,随着齿前角的增大,单齿锯切力和单齿剪切力逐渐减小;随着齿后角增大,单齿锯切力和单齿剪切力几乎无变化;并在所研究范围内得出其齿前角为0°~2°、齿后角为8°~12°、齿根圆角半径为2.6 mm时,锯剪性能较好。In order to study the influences of different tooth profile parameters for saw blade on the saw shear performance of sawtooth,based on the finite element platform ABAQUS,the finite element model of sawtooth in saw shear machine was established.Then,compared with saw shear performances of two different tooth profiles during the saw shear process,the influences of different tooth rake angle,tooth back angle and radius of tooth root fillet on the saw shear performance were studied by the single factor control method,and relevant verification experiment was conducted at the same time.The results show that the simulation and experiment results are in good agreement,and their errors are within a reasonable range to verify the reliability of finite element model.Furthermore,the arc tooth profile is more suitable for the tooth profile of hot saw shear machine.During the saw shear process,with the increasing of tooth rake angle,the sawing force and the shearing force of single tooth gradually decrease,and with the increasing of tooth back angle,the sawing force and the shearing force of single tooth hardly change.In addition,it is concluded that the saw shear performance are better when the tooth rake angle is 0°-2°,the tooth back angle is 8°-12°,and the radius of tooth root fillet is 2.6 mm in the study range.
