摘 要:应用Forge软件和Crockroft&Latham断裂准则对主剪剪切压余过程进行模拟,确定主剪剪刃的刃口部分一直与压余接触,主剪受力与剪刃刃口受力区域和受力大小直接相关。而后对剪刃刃口进行受力分析,确定剪刃受力大小主要取决于剪刃刃口克服材料变形抗力的大小,以及刃口宽度、高度和刃口与水平坐标轴的夹角。并结合剪刃刃口受力最危险工况对主剪结构进行有限元分析,结果表明,当剪刃的长刃口与水平坐标轴夹角较大时,主剪崩刃风险加大。建议按最危险工况确定长刃口与水平坐标轴的夹角取值,使主剪剪刃既满足强度和刚度的设计要求,又具有足够的安全裕度。By using Forge software and Crockroft&Latham fracture criterion,the simulation on discard shearing process of main shear was carried out.It was confirmed that the edge of main shear blade continually contacted with the discard,and the load acted on the main shear directly related to the area and magnitude of force received by the shear blade edge.Then,based on the force analysis of shear blade edge,it was recognized that the load acted on the shear blade mainly depends on the value of resistance force for shear blade edge to overcome material deformation,the width and height of blade edge and the angle between blade edge and horizontal coordinate.Combining the most dangerous working condition of shear blade edge,the finite element analysis of main shear structure was processed.The results show that when the angle between long blade edge and horizontal coordinate is large,the risk of main shear blade tipping is increased rapidly.It is proposed that the angle between long blade edge and horizontal coordinate should be determined according to the most dangerous working condition,so that the main shear blade will not only satisfy the design requirements of strength and stiffness,but also has sufficient safety margin.
