三江源区草地鼠害防控调查与研究

摘　　要：青海三江源区是青海省草地鼠害最为严重的地区,针对三江源区开展的鼠害防治工作,社会各界提出了诸多不同的观点。为此,我们通过本次调研得到:目前三江源地区适宜害鼠生存的环境尚未得到有效改善,草地鼠害依然非常严重,如果放弃防控,任其自然演变,必将加剧草地退化进程,形成草地退化引起鼠害肆虐,鼠害又导致草地生态环境进一步恶化的巨大生态灾难。通过综合防控措施可以有效控制鼠害,提高草地的质量,改善草地生态环境,对此得到广大牧民群众的认可。目前正在采用和实施的鼠害防控措施依然有很大的提升空间,在积极探索研究鼠害防治的新技术、新方法的基础上,应进一步加强草地鼠害监测提高预警能力、制定有效的管理机制和长效的巩固配套措施,使得鼠害得到有效持续控制,发挥防治的最大效益。同时,要加强领导,健全制度、落实措施,切实做好草地保护的宣传教育工作。The Three Rivers Source Area of Qinghai Province is the most serious area of grassland rodent dam-age.but various social circles have put forward many different viewpoints about the wipe out rodents in Three Rivers Source Area.For this reason,we do this Investigation and research and get that grassland rodent damage is still very serious in Three Rivers Source Area because of its circumstances are very suitable for the rodents survival.If we give up prevention and control and let it evolve naturally,the process of grassland degradation will be aggravated,and resulting the rodent damage rampant,even more,the rodent damage will lead to the grassland ecological environment further bad.Comprehensive control measures can effectively control rodent pests,improve grassland quality and improve grassland ecological environment,which has been accepted by the broad masses of herdsmen.because there are still big improvement space of the rodent control measures current-ly being adopted and implemented.so on the basis of actively exploring and studying new technologies and methods for rodent control,we should further strengthen the monitoring and early warning ability of grassland ro-dent damage,formulate effective management mechanism and long-term consolidation of supporting measures,so that the rodent damage can be effectively controlled.Continue to control and bring into play the maximum benefit of prevention and at the same time,we should strengthen leadership,improve the system and implement measures,and practical do a good job in publicity and education of grassland protection.
