地方高等院校空中乘务专业毕业生就业状况分析——以内蒙古师范大学空中乘务专业为例  

An Analysis on Employment Status of Graduates Majored in Flight Attendant in Local Higher Education Institutions——Take the Flight Attendant Major of Inner Mongolia Normal University as an example

摘　　要：通过对历届毕业生就业去向的分析表明,内蒙古师范大学空中乘务专业2012届至2019届毕业生就业率相对比较理想,总就业率为87.54%~98.28%,行业内部就业率为45.79%~97.28%,专业对接就业率为40.74%~70.98%,而在事业单位就业率仅为3.13%~16.77%。说明,作为地方高等院校新设专业毕业生,内蒙古师范大学空中乘务专业毕业生得到社会的认可,得到行业和企业的认可,为地方高等院校培养空中乘务专业人才积累了宝贵的经验。面对高校毕业生就业竞争日趋剧烈的形势,地方高等院校应深化学科专业结构改革,强化专业基础,注重实践教学环节,加强毕业生信息衔接,拓宽就业渠道,精准施策,才能够培养出更多适应社会和企业发展形势的新型合格人才。An analysis of the employment status of graduates in previous years shows that the employment rate of graduates majored in flight attendant from 2012 to 2019 in Inner Mongolia Normal University is relatively ideal.The total employment rate is 87.54%~98.28%,the rate of industrial employment is 45.79%~97.28%,the major-related employment rate of 40.74%~70.98%,and the rate of employment in public institutions is only 3.13%~16.77%.Data shows that graduated from a newly established major in a local higher education institution,graduates majored in flight attendant of Inner Mongolia Normal University have been recognized by the society,industry,and enterprises,accumulating valuable experience in training professionals of flight attendant major in local higher education institutions.With the increasingly fierce employment competition of for graduates from higher education institutions,local higher education institutions should deepen the reform of subject and major structure,strengthen the professional foundation,pay attention to practical teaching,improve the information connection for graduates,broaden job resources,and precisely implement measures,so as to cultivate more qualified talents adapted to the development of society and enterprises.
