摘  要:定制化设计是实现产品创新的重要途径,其主要方式就是产品族设计。为了进一步提高大批量定制环境下企业研发效率,针对现有产品族设计方法存在的不足,提出数据驱动的产品族设计框架。首先根据产品族设计需求,对数据需求、数据来源进行关联分析;其次针对产品设计过程中不同阶段的特点,分别从市场细分、平台构建、产品族演化及组合创新4个环节进行数据驱动模式方面的探讨;最后针对不同环节所需的数据挖掘、数据预测、数据分析等关键技术进行详细阐述,并对数据驱动产品族设计平台系统架构进行研究。Customized design is a key mean to achieve product innovation,and its may is product family design.In order to improve the R&D capabilities of enterprises in mass customization environment,and remedy the shortcomings of existing product family design theory,a data-driven product family design process framework is proposed.Firstly,for satisfying the demands of product family design,the correlation between data requirements and data sources are analyzed;secondly,according to the characteristics of different stages of product design process,the data-driven mode is explored from four aspects,market segmentation,platform construction,product family evolution and portfolio innovation;finally,the key technologies of data mining,data prediction and data analysis needed in different steps during design process are proposed in detail,and the system architecture supporting data-driven product family design platform is completed.
