摘 要:随着新型疫苗的不断发展,研发能与疫苗安全高效配伍增强免疫应答的新型佐剂已迫在眉睫。目前研究表明单一佐剂很容易引发一种特定单一类型的辅助T细胞(helper T cell,Th)1或Th2反应,难以引起理想的免疫反应。复合佐剂作为疫苗佐剂研发的新趋势和热点,将两种或两种以上的免疫佐剂进行联合应用,协调发挥各自的优势,实现最大的佐剂效应,展现了复合佐剂协同作用的有利优势,为进一步开发新型佐剂提供了新的思考方向。With the development of new vaccine research,prompting for the research of novel types of safer and more efficient vaccines and adjuvants,which can greatly enhance immune response,is becoming extremely urgent for us.Current studies have shown that the immunoprotective effects of a single adjuvant can easily trigger a specific single type of helper T cell(Th)1 or Th2 response,which is difficult to cause an ideal immune response.Therefore,the review aims to summarize the vaccine complex adjuvants,as a new trend and hotspot in the research,combine two or more kinds of immunoadjuvants and give full play to their respective advantages to achieve maximum adjuvant effect.The advantageous advantages of synergistic effects of complex adjuvants can be shown clearly.It provides new ideas and strategies for the development of novel adjuvants for human use.
