论数字货币与世界财富、科技中心的转移

摘　　要：财富的涌现与流转推动着文明的进化。适当的财富形式因为社会成员的追逐而升值,满足社会的自我肯定需求,激发出社会的创造力。解构近五百年来世界财富中心和科技中心的崛起和转移背后的底层逻辑,即为李约瑟之问提供了一个答案。主权货币和债券作为透支未来的方式,逐渐成为新的财富形式,极大地推进了科技进步和社会发展,但也因为财富拥有的两极分化,其可持续性面临挑战。疫情之后的世界环境正在急剧变化,需要建构新的财富形式作为大众"自我"的延伸,数字货币可能是其中一种有效的价值载体。中国正处于上行的发展势头,复杂多变的外部环境反而能提供契机让中国专注发展科技、优化治理体系并强化内生动力。The creation and circulation of wealth promote the evolution of civilizations.Wealth in appropriate forms will appreciate as the members of society pursue it;meet the self-affirmation need of society;and stimulate social creativity.By deconstructing the underlying logic behind the rise and transfer of the world’s wealth center and technology center over the past five hundred years,it gives an answer to Needham’s question.As a way of over-drafting the future,the sovereign currencies and bonds have gradually become a new form of wealth,greatly promoting the progress of science and technology and social development.At the same time,because of the polarized wealth allocation,its sustainability is facing challenges.After the pandemic,the world environment is changing rapidly.It is necessary to construct a new form of wealth as an extension of the"self"of the public.Digital currency may be an effective carrier of value.China is now in an upward trend of development.The complex and volatile external environment can provide an opportunity for China to focus on the development of science and technology,optimize its governance system and strengthen its endogenous power.
