竞争政策统领下区域经济发展的路径研究

摘　　要：区域联动经济增长模式对区域产业发展的影响有两个方面,一是通过引起区域内诸如消费、技术等有关经济变量的变动影响各区域产业发展;二是通过改变区域间经济联系作用于区域产业发展。两方面共同作用导致区域产业发展的差异化。在阐明区域经济发展的"平衡模式"与"不平衡模式"基础上讨论竞争政策对反垄断法实施的统领作用,提出应厘清竞争政策统领下"三大主体"关系的定位,作为区域经济发展的路径选择。The influence of the regional coordinated economic growth mode on the regional industrial development is manifested in two areas.One is to affect the development of regional industries by causing changes in relevant economic variables such as consumption and technology within the region,and the other is to affect the development of regional industries by changing the economic ties between regions.Together,they will lead to the differentiated regional industrial development.On the basis of expounding the"balanced mode"and"unbalanced mode"of regional economic development,this paper discusses the leading role of competition policy in implementing the anti-monopoly law,and holds that the positioning of the relationship among the"three main bodies"under the guidance of competition policy should be clarified as the path choice of regional economic development.
