摘　　要：科技特派员制度有效促进了木材加工行业科技能力建设和社会效益整体提升.本文以中国林科院木材工业研究所为例,从科技特派员制度运行实践情况出发,对探索科技特派员制度创新模式过程中的经验成效进行了总结分析,旨在为充分发挥木材加工行业科技特派员制度的作用与影响提供参考与借鉴.The technical envoy institution has efectivelty promoted the technological capacity construction of wood processing industry and the overall improvement of social benefits.This paper took the Chinese Research Institute of Wood Industry as an example.Starting from the practice of the technical envoy institution,the experience and efectiveness of exploring innovative models were summarized.The reference was provided for making full use of the function and infuence of the technical envoy institution in wood processing industry.
