摘　　要：目的探讨采用臀大肌为蒂的"风筝"肌皮瓣修复坐骨结节压疮的疗效。方法对自2016年1月至2018年4月收治的5例坐骨结节压疮患者,均采用以臀大肌为蒂的"风筝"肌皮瓣修复。结果 5例患者术后肌皮瓣全部成活,创面一期愈合;术后随访1年,无压疮复发。结论以臀大肌为蒂"风筝"肌皮瓣的组织量较丰富,血运可靠,操作简单,术后臀部外形较满意,且能有效缓冲坐骨结节对皮肤的压迫损伤,减少压疮的复发。Objective To explore the efficacy of kite myocutaneous flap pedicled with gluteus maximus in the repair of ischial tuberosity pressure sores.Methods From January 2016 to April 2018,5 patients with ischial tuberosity pressure sores were repaired by kite myocutaneous flap pedicled with gluteus maximus.Results All myocutaneous flaps were survived and the wounds were healed by first intention.No recurrence of pressure sores occurred during one year’s follow-up.Conclusion The kite myocutaneous flap pedicled with gluteus maximus has characteristics of rich tissues,reliable blood supply and simple operation.The appearance of hip was satisfactory.This method could effectively buffer the compression damage of the ischial tuberosity to the skin and reduce the recurrence of pressure sores.
