逆行法切取游离桡动脉掌浅支皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨应用逆行法切取游离桡动脉掌浅支皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损的方法及临床效果。方法自2016年2月至2019年3月,采用逆行法切取游离桡动脉掌浅支皮瓣修复手部小面积软组织缺损患者20例。皮瓣切取面积3.5 cm×1.5 cm^4.0 cm×2.5 cm。结果术后20例皮瓣全部成活,随访6个月至3年,皮瓣外形满意,手指功能恢复良好,供区仅留下线性瘢痕,腕关节功能无影响。结论采用逆行法切取游离桡动脉掌浅支皮瓣修复手部小面积软组织缺损,具有切取方便,供区损伤小,皮瓣不臃肿,外形美观等特点,是修复手部小面积缺损的理想方法。Objective To explore the method and clinical effect of superficial palmar branch of radial artery flap by retrograde resection in the repair of soft tissue defects of hand.Methods From February 2016 to March 2019,20 patients with small area soft tissue defects of hand were treated by superficial palmar branch of radial artery flap by retrograde resection.The area of flap harvest was from3.5 cm×1.5 cm to 4.0 cm×2.5 cm.Results All flaps were survived after operation.The follow-up period ranged from 6 months to3 years.The appearance of flaps was satisfactory and the function of fingers were recovered well.There was only linear scar in the donor site,and the function of wrist joint was not affected.Conclusion The application of free superficial palmar branch of radial artery flap by retrograde resection in the repair of small area soft tissue defects of hand had the advantages of easy harvest,small damage of donor site and beautiful appearance.No swelling was occurred in the flaps.This method was ideal in the repair of small area defects of hand.
