摘 要:目的探讨如何避免COVID-19在介入手术室交叉感染。方法2020年2月7至28日对国内16个省、市、自治区68所三级医院介入手术室净化空调系统空气压力设计情况进行调查,结合介入手术实际及COVID-19防控现状进行分析。结果68所医院介入手术室净化空调系统均无空气负压设计,不具备呼吸道传染病专业防护条件。结论疫情期间增强防控风险意识、加强医疗环境管理、强化感染防护措施、筹划改造、扩建及新建负压介入手术室,有助于降低COVID-19在介入手术室交叉感染风险。Objective To discuss the strategy of the prevention and control against the cross-infection of COVID-19 in interventional operating room.Methods An investigation on air pressure design of purificationair conditioning systemused in interventional operating rooms was conducted in 68 level-3 hospitals located in 16 provinces,municipalities or autonomous regions in China from 7th to 28th,February 2020.Based on the clinical practice of interventional operation,the present situation of the prevention and control against COVID-19 was analyzed.Results All purificationair conditioning systems used in interventional operating rooms in 68 level-3 hospitals had no air negative pressure design,these air conditioning units had no the functions of professional protection against respiratory infectious diseases.Conclusion During the epidemic period,it is extremely important toemphasize the awareness of prevention and control against COVID-19 infection,to strengthen the management of medical environment,to enhance the measures of infection protection,to make schedulefor the transformation,extensionand construction of new interventional operating roomswith negative pressure purificationair conditioning system,which can help to reduce the risk of crossinfection of COVID-19 in the interventional operating room.
