摘　　要：目的以某三甲精神专科医院新冠防控实践为例,探讨如何增强精神卫生机构面对重对大呼吸道传染疾病的感染防控能力与综合管理水平。方法用“思维导图”梳理防控风险点,比较干预前后员工“认知-理论-实践”水平,评价措施执行效果。结果全院人员防护认知水平,干预前低、中、高水平人数依次为334、550、113,干预后依次为157、608、283,P<0.05;干预前科普知识考核合格率、手卫生依从率、手卫生正确率分别为60.48%、69.51%、61.70%,干预后显著提升至83.08%、89.92%、79.51%,P<0.05。截至发稿,未发生疑似或确诊新冠肺炎的院内感染。结论建立以过渡隔离病区、中药空气薰蒸、患者与员工心理梳导与干预等为代表的精神专科机构特有系统院感防控方案,值得深入探讨与推广应用。Objective To improve the overall management of nosocomial infection in a mental health institute,we take for example the prevention and control practices for the novel coronavirus in a tertiary grade-A mental hospital and assess the improvement of prevention and control ability in the face of major respiratory infectious diseases.Methods We summarize the risks of infection prevention and control of the novel coronavirus pneumonia in mental health medical institutions.Via on-site observation and questionnaire survey,investigators with specialized training made pre-and post-intervention comparisons on staff’s performance at cognitive,theoretical,and practical levels under unified standards and then conducted a preliminary analysis and evaluation of the effect of implementing the corresponding measures.Results A total of 2045 staff was engaged in the assessment of prevention cognition of the novel coronavirus infection.The number of staff at low,medium and high cognitive levels was respectively 334,550,and 113 before the intervention and 157,608,and 283 after the intervention,indicating a significant decrease in low-level and increases in medium and high levels of infection prevention cognition(all Ps<0.05).Prior to the intervention,the pass rate for examination of the novel coronavirus infection prevention knowledge and the compliance rate and accuracy of hand hygiene were respectively 60.48%,69.51%,and 61.70%.Following the intervention,these indices rose up to 83.08%,89.92%,and 79.51%,indicating significant effects of the intervention(all Ps<0.05).Up to the submission of this paper,there was no suspected or confirmed case of the novel coronavirus pneumonia caused by nosocomial infection.Conclusions Setup of a“transfer station”i.e.a transitional quarantine ward,air fumigation using traditional Chinese medicine,and the first application of psychological counseling and intervention for patients and staff are three unique prevention and control methods for infections in mental health institutions and worth in-de
