摘 要:本文以WC-6%Co硬质合金为研究对象,通过混合两种不同粒度的WC粉末获得双峰分布的WC粉末原料,研究了两组WC原料比例对WC-6%Co硬质合金组织结构和性能的影响规律,并对不同组织结构硬质合金中的WC晶粒生长、断口形貌进行了分析。结果表明:通过混合不同粒度的WC粉末,可以获得不同组织结构的粗晶WC-6%Co硬质合金,即均匀结构和非均匀结构硬质合金;粗晶WC-6%Co硬质合金中大WC晶粒因具有更大的生长驱动力而更容易粗化,粗大WC晶粒普遍是穿晶断裂;粗细WC晶粒在适当比例条件下,非均匀结构(双晶结构)硬质合金具有比匀晶结构更好的断裂韧性。WC-6%Co cemented carbide is main research object in this paper. The artificial bimodal distribution of WCpowder raw materials was obtained by mixing two kinds of WC powders with different particle sizes. The effect of the proportionof WC raw materials on the microstructure and properties of WC-6%Co cemented carbide was studied. The WC grain growth andfracture morphology in cemented carbides with different microstructures were analyzed. The results show that coarse-grainedWC-6%Co cemented carbides with different microstructures can be obtained by mixing WC powders with different particlesizes, that is, uniform and non-uniform structure cemented carbides. The coarse WC grains are easier to coarsen because of thegreater driving force for growth in coarse-grained WC-6%Co cemented carbides. The coarse WC grains are generallytransgranular fractures during the fracture process. The non-uniform structure(twin-crystal structure) cemented carbide hasbetter fracture toughness than the homogeneous structure under the condition of proper ratio of coarse WC or fine WC grains.
