摘　　要：《西藏自治区档案馆馆藏蒙满文档案精选》收录17件清朝诏书,其中满蒙藏三体合璧诏书1件,蒙古文诏书9件,满文诏书2件,满汉合璧诏书5件。此书所载档案文书属于不以讲授历史为目的的遗留性史料,具有原始性和权威性特点。这些文书档案为多文种史料,涉及八思巴字、蒙古文、满文、汉文、托忒文、藏文等6种文字,不同文字代表着不同朝代、不同民族、不同地区的不同文化传统。《西藏自治区档案馆馆藏蒙满文档案精选》为档案汇编,所收录档案文书的性质不同,行文方式互异,涉及文种较多,因此,在整理过程中难免出现偏差。The Selected Archives in Tibetan, Mongolian and Manchu at the Archives of Tibet Autonomous Region published 17 pieces of Qing imperial edict, of which one is written in combination of Manchu, Mongolian and Tibetan, nine in Mongolian, two in Manchu, five in combination of Manchu and Chinese. These documents belong to surviving historical data that took their forms not for the purpose of narrating history, and thus have both original and authoritative qualities as historical data. The 17 pieces are respectively composed and written in various languages and writing systems or their combination including ’Phags-pa, classical Mongolian, Manchu, Tibetan and Chinese script, each of them reflects and involves with the aspects of different dynasties, different nationalities and different cultural traditions. As a publication of collected archives, the 12 volumes contains multiple documents, which vary in terms of composing style and matter, and because of that reason there are some minor mistakes in text identification.
