摘 要:安全性一直是船舶设计建造及运营维护的首要目标。船舶碰撞作为船舶最常见事故之一,会显著削弱船体结构强度,甚至导致结构整体失效。因此,碰撞后的剩余极限强度计算对结构安全性尤为重要。文章基于《散货船和油船共同结构规范》,采用Visual Basic 6.0软件编写计算程序,实现了对极限/剩余承载力的计算,并对加载过程中的中性轴偏移规律作了简要分析。考虑到中性轴在加载过程中的偏转,通过改进计算分析程序,再次计算船体梁的剩余极限强度,并且讨论了中性轴偏转对船体梁剩余极限强度的影响,为船舶设计评估提供参考。Safety is the primary goal of ship design,construction and operation and maintenance.As one of the most frequent disasters,collisions always weaken the structural strength of ship hulls,and even lead to ships’entire collapse.Therefore,it is important to perform residual strength analyses of damaged ship hulls after a collision.Based on the"Harmonized Common Structural Rules for Bulk Carriers and Oil Tankers",ultimate/residual strength is calculated with the self-developed code written by Visual Basic 6.0 and the tendency of neutral axis’s shifting is briefly analyzed with bending loads applied gradually.With the consideration of both shifting and rotation of the neutral axis,the code is improved and then the residual strength of the ship hull is recalculated.The incidence of the rotation of the neutral axis on the ship hull’s residual strength is discussed,which provides a reference for ship design evaluation.
