摘　　要：胶磷矿脱硅是世界性难题,目前主要采用正浮选浮磷抑硅和反浮选浮硅抑磷工艺流程进行胶磷矿脱硅。针对云南晋宁磷矿区中等硅含量的混合型胶磷矿进行了双反浮选脱镁脱硅试验研究,即先用脂肪酸类阴离子捕收剂反浮选脱碳酸盐矿物,再用自主研发的YP-ZYS胺类脱硅捕收剂反浮选脱除硅质及硅酸盐矿物。YP-ZYS胺类脱硅捕收剂与十二胺阳离子捕收剂相比,精矿中SiO2质量分数降低了5.68%,硅排除率提高了18.52%。YP-ZYS用量试验结果表明,在试验用量范围内,精矿中SiO2质量分数从16.44%降至6.42%,硅排除率从68.35%提高至91.87%,说明YP-ZYS是一种高效脱硅捕收剂,可以有效脱除磷矿石中的硅质及硅酸盐矿物。The removal of silicates from beneficiation of collophanite ore is a worldwide difficult job.At present,the process combined direct flotation with reverse flotation is widely used for desilication in beneficiation of collophanite ore.In this paper the experimental beneficiation study is performed on the mixture of collophanite ore samples with medium silicates content by use of the double reverse flotation process in Jinning Phosphate Mine,Yunnan,during which an anion collector based on fatty acid is applied to reverse flotation of carbonates and a cationic collector YP-ZYS developed by the company is used in reverse flotation for removal of siliceous and silicate minerals.Compared with the collector based on dodecylamine,the SiO2 content in the concentrate of flotation using collector YP-ZYS can be lowered by 5.68%,and the rejection of silicon can be increased by 18.52%.The results from the test on the YP-ZYS dosage show that the SiO2 content in the concentrate can be lowered from 16.44%to 6.42%,and the rejection rate of silicon can be increased from 68.35%to 91.87%.It is demonstrated that the YP-ZYS is a highly efficient collector to remove siliceous and silicate minerals from phosphate rock.
