摘  要:云硫集团开始转产高品位硫精矿后,精矿品位及其合格率偏低,为提高精矿品位及其合格率,对生产工艺流程、数据及现场生产情况进行了考查和分析,最终确定影响精矿品位及其合格率的主要因素为生产工艺流程。在实验室试验的基础上考查了工艺流程变化对生产指标的影响,确定了技术改造的工艺流程。分析工艺流程技术改造后多月的生产数据可知,精矿品位由改造前的48.17%提升至改造后的48.55%,精矿产品合格率也由改造前的68.39%提升至改造后的87.21%;同时,尾矿品位明显降低,各项技术指标达到了预期的效果。Since Yunliu company turned to produce high-grade pyrite concentrate,the grade of concentrate and its percent of pass have been on the low side.In order to improve the quality of concentrate,the process flow,process data from production and site conditions are examined.The results show that the key factor affecting on the grade of concentrate and percent of pass is finally determined to be the process flow for production.On the basis of laboratory test,the effect of the change of process flow on production performance is examined,so as to determine the process to be used for technical modification.The data from operating the mineral processing plant based on modified process flow for several months show that the grade of concentrate can be increased from 48.17%before modification to 48.55%after modification,while concentrate product percent of pass is improved from 68.39%before modification to 87.21%after modification.Moreover the tailings grade drops greatly and all the technical results reach the targets as expected.
