摘 要:针对日益复杂多变的运行情况和系统对安全稳定经济运行的要求,提出了输电断面热稳定功率极限区间在线识别方法。首先建立输电断面热稳定功率最小极限(PTTC)和最大极限(OTTC)的优化模型,然后基于关键热稳模式筛选,采用改进Benders分解法将原问题降维、解耦,最后基于集群计算平台快速求解。所提方法为调度运行人员实时准确掌握系统安全稳定边界、动态释放输电能力提供了技术手段,某实际系统的算例分析验证了提出方法的实用性和有效性。To meet the requirements for the safe,stable and economic operation of power system under the increasingly complex and changing operation condition,an on-line identification method for thermally stable power limit interval of transmission section is proposed.An optimization model of thermally stable power limit is established for the pessimistic total transfer capability(PTTC) and optimistic total transfer capability(OTTC) of the transmission section.Based on screening of key thermally stable mode,the improved Benders decomposition method is used to reduce and decouple the original problem.The cluster computing platform is adopted to improve the calculation speed.The proposed method provides technical means for the dispatch operators to accurately grasp the security and stability boundaries of the system in real time and dynamically release power transmission capabilities.The analysis on an actual system example verifies the practicability and effectiveness of the proposed method.
