慢性宫颈炎并人乳头瘤病毒感染治疗基础上综合护理的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的了解慢性宫颈炎并人乳头瘤病毒感染治疗基础上综合护理的应用效果。方法将我院2016年1月至2018年12月的70例慢性宫颈炎并人乳头瘤病毒感染患者,随机分组,常规护理服务干预组给予一般护理,综合护理服务组开展综合护理方式。比较两组满意度;慢性宫颈炎并人乳头瘤病毒感染症状控制的时间、平均住院的时间、治疗的依从性;护理前后宫颈炎性指标、生活质量指标;护理前后心理情况;不良反应出现率。结果综合护理服务组的满意度是35例(100.00%),常规护理服务干预组则是28例(80.00%),P<0.05。护理前两组宫颈炎性指标、生活质量指标接近,P>0.05;护理后综合护理服务组宫颈炎性指标、生活质量指标优于常规护理服务干预组,P<0.05。统计学分析后,两组患者护理后的焦虑的症状积分、抑郁的症状积分均优于护理前(P<0.05),且综合护理服务组患者护理后的情况优于常规护理服务干预组患者护理后的情况(P<0.05)。结论慢性宫颈炎并人乳头瘤病毒感染患者实施综合护理方式效果确切,可有效提高患者的治疗依从性,改善病情,有效控制症状和缩短住院时间,减轻患者的心理障碍,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To understand the effect of comprehensive nursing based on the treatment of chronic cervicitis complicated with human papillomavirus infection.Methods 70 patients with chronic cervicitis and human papillomavirus infection in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The routine nursing intervention group was given general nursing,and the comprehensive nursing service group was given comprehensive nursing.Compare two groups of satisfaction;chronic cervicitis and human papillomavirus infection symptoms control time,average ho spitalization time,treatment compliance;cervical inflammatory indicators before and after nursing,quality of life indicators;psychological situation before and after nursing;adverse reaction rate.Results The satisfaction rate of the comprehensive nursing service group was 35 cases(100.00%),while that of the routine nursing service intervention group was 28 cases(80.00%),P<0.05.The cervical inflammatory index and quality of life index of the two groups before nursing were close,P>0.05;the cervical inflammatory index and quality of life index of the comprehensive nursing service group after nursing were better than those of the conventional nursing service intervention group,P<0.05.After statistical analysis,the scores of anxiety symptoms and depression symptoms in the two groups after nursing were better than those before nursing(P<0.05),and the situation in the comprehensive nursing service group after nursing was better than that in the conventional nursing service intervention group after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with human papillomavirus infection has a definite effect.It can effectively improve patients’treatment compliance,improve their condition,effectively control symptoms and shorten hospitalization time,alleviate patients’psychological barriers and improve patients’quality of life.
