循证护理与单纯全程陪产护理模式在产科分娩中的对比分析

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理与单纯全程陪产护理模式在产科分娩中的效果。方法将我院产科于2017年5月至2018年10月收治的158例分娩患者为研究对象,以计算机随机化原则分为观察组(循证全程陪产护理组,78例)和对照组(单纯全程陪产护理组,80例)2组,比较2组的分娩总产程用时、出血量及新生儿Apgar评分,评价患者对护理的满意度。结果观察组分娩患者总产程用时、出血量低于对照组,新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组;观察组护理满意度高于对照组,对比差异P<0.05。结论产科分娩患者应用循证全程陪产护理较单纯全程陪产护理而言,尽可能的改善分娩条件,能明显缩短产程用时,减少出血量,改善分娩结局。Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing and whole-course accompanying nursing in obstetric delivery.Methods 158 cases of delivery patients in obstetrics department of our hospital from May 2017 to October 2018 were divided into two groups according to the principle of computer randomization:observation group(evidence-based full-course nursing group,78 cases)and control group(simple full-course nursing group,80 cases).The total duration of delivery,the amount of bleeding and the Apgar score of newborn were compared between the two groups,and the satisfaction of patients with nursing was evaluated.Results The total duration of labor and the amount of bleeding in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the Apgar score of the newborn was higher than that in the control group.The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was P<0.05.Conclusion Evidence-based whole-course accompanying care for obstetric delivery patients is more effective than simple whole-course accompanying care.Improving the conditions of delivery as far as possible can significantly shorten the duration of labor,reduce the amount of bleeding and improve the outcome of delivery.
