高压氧治疗职业性噪声聋患者的有效性研究

摘　　要：目的对职业性噪声聋患者,应用高压氧进行治疗,观察其疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2018年12月,于我中心确诊为职业性噪声聋的患者其中,选取30例患者,给予其常规治疗,以此作为本次研究的参照组;另选取30例患者,在常规治疗的基础上,联合使用高压氧进行治疗,以此作为本次研究的试验组。对比两组患者的各个频率下纯音听阈水平、主观症状发生率及治疗的总有效率。结果干预后,试验组患者的各个频率下纯音听阈水平(25.7±2.4)dB,优于参照组患者(P<0.05);试验组患者的主观症状发生率,低于参照组患者(P<0.05);试验组患者的治疗总有效率高于参照组患者(P<0.05)。结论在治疗职业性噪声聋患者时,除常规手段外,采用高压氧对其进行治疗,可提高治疗的总有效率,促进患者更快康复。Objective To treat hypertensive oxygen in patients with occupational noise deafness and observe its curative effect.Methods From the patients who were diagnosed as occupational noise deafness in I’m at the center during the period of 2016.01-2018.12,30 patients were selected and given routine treatment as the reference group of this study.Another 30 patients were selected for routine treatment.On the basis of this,combined use of hyperbaric oxygen as a test group for this study.The pure tone threshold level,the incidence of subj ective symptoms,and the total effective rate of treatment were compared at each frequency between the two groups.Results After intervention,the pure tone threshold level(25.7±2.4)dB at each frequency of the experimental group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of subjective symptoms in the test group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with occupational noise deafness,in addition to conventional means,treatment with hyperbaric oxygen can improve the total effective rate of treatment and promote faster recovery of patients.
