厄贝沙坦联用肾炎康复片治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的厄贝沙坦联用肾炎康复片治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿的疗效观察。方法将我院收治的慢性肾炎蛋白尿96例患者作观察对象,抽签方式分为两组、各48例;观察组用厄贝沙坦+肾炎康复片治疗,对照组仅用厄贝沙坦治疗,随访2月后,对比两组疗效、尿蛋白含量。结果治疗前,两组24 h尿蛋白含量对比(P>0.05),治疗后观察组24 h尿蛋白水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组收缩压、舒张压对比(P>0.05),而治疗后两组血压各指标对比(P<0.05);且观察组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,但两组统计学比较(P>0.05)。结论慢性肾炎蛋白尿应用肾炎康复片+厄贝沙坦联合用药,可改善患者24 h尿蛋白情况,提高治疗效果,值得推广。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of irbesartan combined with Shenyankangfu Tablet on chronic nephritis proteinuria.Methods 96 patients with chronic nephritis proteinuria were treated in our hospital,they were divided into two groups by drawing lots,48 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with irbesartan+nephritis rehabilitation tablets,while the control group was treated with irbesartan only.After 2 months of follow-up,the curative effect and urinary protein content of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,24 hours urinary protein content of the two groups was compared(P>0.05),24 hours urinary protein level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and blood pressure indexes of the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of side effects in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but there was a statistical comparison between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of nephritis rehabilitation tablets and irbesartan can improve the 24-hour urinary protein status and improve the therapeutic effect of chronic nephritis proteinuria,which is worth promoting.
