口服铁剂联合生血宝对妊娠期贫血孕妇贫血状态及母婴结局的影响

摘　　要：目的观察口服铁剂联合生血宝对妊娠期贫血孕妇贫血状态及母婴结局的影响。方法选取进入我院治疗的100例妊娠期贫血孕妇,按随机对照表法分为单一治疗组和联合治疗组各50例。单一治疗组患者仅采用口服铁剂进行治疗,联合治疗组在单一治疗组的基础上加入生血宝合剂进行治疗。两组均连续治疗2个月,比较两组患者治疗前及治疗2个月后贫血指标[红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血清铁蛋白(SF)水平的变化,随访观察患者产后出血与新生儿不良结局情况。结果两组患者治疗2个月后RBC、Hb、SF水平相较于治疗前均明显升高,且联合治疗组高于单一治疗组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),联合治疗组孕妇在随访后产后出血、早产儿、低体质量患儿、新生儿窒息发生率明显低于单一治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口服铁剂单用和联合生血宝均能有效改善妊娠期贫血孕妇的贫血状态,但口服铁剂联合生血宝治疗效果更好,对母婴结局有积极的影响。Objective To observe the effect of oral iron and blood enrichment nutri-gel on the anemia status of pregnant women with anemia during pregnancy and maternal and infant outcomes.Methods A total of 100 pregnant women with anemia during pregnancy were selected into our hospital and divided into a single treatment group and a combined treatment group of 50 cases each according to random control table method.The patients in the single treatment group were treated with oral iron only,and the combined treatment group was added with blood enrichment nutri-gel on the basis of the single treatment group.The two groups were treated continuously for 2 months,and the changes of anemia indicators(RBC,Hb,SF)levels before and 2 months after treatment of the two groups of patients were compared.The postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal adverse outcomes of the patients were observed.Results After 2 months of treatment,the levels of RBC,Hb,and SF in the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment,and the combined treatment group was higher than the single treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,premature infants,low-birth-weight infants,and neonatal asphyxia in the combined treatment group after follow-up was significantly lower than that in the single treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusions Both oral iron alone and combined with blood enrichment nutri-gel can effectively improve the anemia status of pregnant women with anemia during pregnancy.However,oral iron combined with blood enrichment nutri-gel has better treatment effect and has a positive impact on maternal and infant outcomes.
