经阴道超声子宫输卵管造影对不孕症的诊断分析

摘　　要：目的分析经阴道超声子宫输卵管造影对不孕症的诊断。方法选择2018年1月至2019年12月期间在我院治疗不孕症的128例患者为研究对象。将两组患者进行随机分组,分为研究组和对照组。研究组的64例患者(128条输卵管)接受经阴道超声输卵管造影,对照组的64例患者(128条输卵管)接受X线子宫输卵管造影,将腹腔镜检查结果作为金标准,对比两种诊断方法的符合率。结果接受经阴道超声输卵管造影检查的研究组患者的诊断符合率为92.97%(119条),接受X线子宫输卵管造影检查的对照组患者的诊断符合率为84.38%(108条),研究组显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论经阴道超声子宫输卵管造影对不孕症患者具有较好的诊断效果,通过诊断结果制定治疗方案,能够有效降低不孕概率,临床推广和应用价值都较高。Objective To analyze the diagnosis of infertility by transvaginal sonohysterosalpingography.Methods The selected subjects were128 infertile patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019.They were randomly divided into study group and control group.In the study group,64 patients(128 fallopian tubes)received transvaginal sonosalpingography,while in the control group,64 patients(128 fallopian tubes)received X-ray hysterosalpingography.The results of laparoscopy were gold standard.The coincidence rate of the two methods was compared.Results The diagnostic coincidence rate of the study group was 92.97%(119)and that of the control group was 84.38%(108).The study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal so no hystero salpingography has a good diagnostic effect on infertility patients.Making treatment plan based on the diagnosis results can effectively reduce the probability of infertility,and has a high clinical promotion and application value.
