肾康宁胶囊治疗肾病综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析研究肾康宁胶囊治疗肾病综合征的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年3月至2019年10月收治的60例肾病综合征患者进行研究,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组各30例患者。对照组采取糖皮质激素治疗,研究组采取糖皮质激素联合肾康宁胶囊治疗。两组均治疗8周后,观察患者的总有效率、ALB、TC、TG、24 h尿蛋白定量、BUN、Scr以及不良反应率情况。结果研究组患者的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者的ALB、TC、TG、24 h尿蛋白定量、BUN和Scr的改善程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者的不良反应率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肾病综合征患者采取糖皮质激素联合肾康宁胶囊治疗效果显著,有效改善患者各项临床指标,减少不良反应的发生,可广泛推广应用。Objective To analyze and study the clinical effect of Shenkangning capsule on nephrotic syndrome.Methods Sixty patients with nephrotic syndrome admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to October 2019 were selected for study,and randomly divided into a control group and a research group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with glucocorticoid,and the research group was treated with glucocorticoid combined with Shenkangning capsule.After 8 weeks of treatment in both groups,the total effective rate,ALB,TC,TG,24 h urine protein quantitation,BUN,Scr and adverse reaction rate were observed.Results The total effective rate of the patients in the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of ALB,TC,TG,24 h urine protein quantitation,BUN and Scr in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05)The adverse reaction rate of patients in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Shenkangning capsules in patients with nephrotic syndrome has a significant effect,effectively improves the clinical indicators of patients,reduces the occurrence of adverse reactions,and can be widely used.
