综合护理干预对行结肠镜检查患者心理状态及护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对行结肠镜检查患者心理状态及护理满意度的影响。方法挑选2018年4月至2019年4月我院所收治的100例行结肠镜检查患者,随机分成观察组与对照组,各组50例。对照组接受常规护理。观察组执行综合护理。对比两组临床应用效果。结果护理前观察组的焦虑评分(52.41±6.26),对照组焦虑评分为(51.08±9.35),护理后观察组焦虑评分(37.78±6.44)低于对照组的评分(42.94±5.68)(P<0.05)。观察组Ⅳ级疼痛程度比例低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组50例患者有49例满意,护理总满意度98.00%高于对照组50例患者有38例满意的76.00%(P<0.05)。结论向结肠镜检查患者提供综合护理干预,可以较好调节患者心理状况,提升护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on psychological state and nursing satisfaction of patients undergoing colonoscopy.Methods 100 patients undergoing colonoscopy admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine care.The observation group performed comprehensive nursing.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The anxiety score of the observation group before nursing was(52.41±6.26),that of the control group was(51.08±9.35),and that of the observation group after nursing was(37.78±6.44)lower than that of the control group(42.94±5.68)(P<0.05).The proportion of gradeⅣpain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).49 of the 50 patients in the observation group were satisfied,and the total nursing satisfaction was 98.00%higher than 76.00%of the 38 patients in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing comprehensive nursing intervention to patients undergoing colonoscopy can better regulate the psychological status of patients and improve their satisfaction with nursing.
