采用腹腔镜手术方法对早期宫颈癌患者手术治疗后所采取的护理手段分析

摘　　要：目的探析采取腹腔镜手术治疗早期宫颈癌患者手术治疗后护理方案。方法随机选取2018年3月至2018年12月本院接收的72例早期宫颈癌患者,所有患者均接受腹腔镜手术治疗,在此基础上,根据入院单号、双号平均分为两组,对照组(n=36)进行常规护理方案,研究组(n=36)则开展全面护理方案,统计各组护理前后抑郁评分(SDS)、焦虑评分(SAS)、护理满意度及下肢深静脉血栓发生率。结果在SDS评分及SAS评分方面,护理前,两组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组较对照组更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在下肢深静脉血栓发生率及护理满意度方面,研究组分别是2.78%和94.44%,对照组分别是19.44%和75.00%,研究组均较对照组更优,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论予以采取腹腔镜手术治疗早期宫颈癌患者全面护理模式,不仅可以减轻患者负面心态,缓解不良情绪,同时有助于下肢深静脉血栓发生率降低,促进满意度提高。Objective To explore the nursing scheme for patients with early cervical cancer treated by laparoscopic surgery.Methods Seventy-two patients with early cervical cancer received in our hospital from March 2018 to December 2018 were randomly selected.All patients received laparoscopic surgery.On this basis,they were divided into two groups according to the admission number of single and double.The control group(n=36)received routine nursing program,while the research group(n=36)carried out comprehensive nursing program.The depression score(SDS)and anxiety of each group before and after nursing were counted.Score(SAS),nursing satisfaction and incidence of deep venous thrombosis in lower extremities.Results In SDS score and SAS score,there was no significant difference between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing,the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs and nursing satisfaction,the study group was2.78%and 94.44%,the control group was 19.44%and 75.00%,respectively,the study group was more than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for early cervical cancer patients with comprehensive care model can not only alleviate the negative mentality of patients,alleviate bad mood,but also help to reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities,and promote satisfaction.
