延续性护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的了解延续性护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能的影响。方法将我院2016年3月至2018年10月的80例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,随机分组,常规的护理服务干预组给予常规护理,延续性的护理服务干预组采取延续性护理。比较两组满意评分;慢性阻塞性肺疾病知识了解程度、家庭自我用药依从性、自我康复锻炼依从性;护理前后肺功能;半年再次入院比例。结果延续性的护理服务干预组的满意评分更高,P<0.05。延续性的护理服务干预组的满意评分是(96.40±2.68)分,而常规的护理服务干预组的满意评分是(85.68±2.21)分。护理前两组肺功能比较,P>0.05;护理后延续性的护理服务干预组肺功能优于常规的护理服务干预组,P<0.05。延续性的护理服务干预组满意评分、肺功能、慢性阻塞性肺疾病知识了解程度、家庭自我用药依从性、自我康复锻炼依从性、半年再次入院比例对比常规的护理服务干预组有优势,P<0.05。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者实施延续性护理效果确切。Objective To understand the effect of continuous nursing on pulmonary function in patients with COPD.Methods 80 COPD patients in our hospital from March 2016 to October 2018 were randomly divided into routine nursing intervention group and continuing nursing intervention group.Compare the satisfaction scores of the two groups;the knowledge level of COPD,family self-medication compliance,self-rehabilitation exercise compliance;pulmonary function before and after nursing;the proportion of re-hospitalization in half a year.Results The satisfaction score of continuity nursing intervention group was higher,P<0.05.The satisfaction score of continuity nursing service intervention group was(96.40±2.68),while that of routine nursing service intervention group was(85.68±2.21).The pulmonary function of the two groups before nursing was compared,P>0.05;the pulmonary function of the continuity nursing service intervention group after nursing was better than that of the routine nursing service intervention group,P<0.05.The satisfaction score,pulmonary function,knowledge of COPD,family self-medication compliance,self-rehabilitation exercise compliance and the proportion of re-hospitalization in the continuity nursing service intervention group were superior to those in the conventional nursing service intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing for COPD patients is effective.
