延续性护理结合加速康复理念应用于老年髋部骨折患者术后患者的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析对老年髋部骨折患者行延续性护理结合加速康复理念干预对其术后恢复的影响情况。方法选取88例在我院接受手术治疗的髋部骨折患者作为临床研究对象,入院时间为间2018年10月至-2019年10月,分组方法为:随机数字表法,将常规护理应用于对照组患者治疗中,将延续性护理结合加速康复理念应用于观察组患者治疗中,比对护理后患者锻炼依从性、髋功能恢复情况以及患者术后并发症发生的情况。结果经护理后,两组术后并发症发生率差异显著,且为观察组较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者能独立锻炼率、遵嘱锻炼部位率、遵嘱锻炼动作率以及遵嘱锻炼时间率显著高于对照组的,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3个月后对患者随访,两组髋功能评分差异显著,且为观察组较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予接受手术治疗的老年髋部骨折患者行延续性护理结合加速康复理念干预可有效降低术后并发症发生情况,提高其术后康复锻炼依从性,改善髋功能。Objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing combined with accelerated rehabilitation concept intervention on the postoperative recovery of elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods 88 patients with hip fracture who received surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the clinical research objects.The admission time was from October 2018 to October 2019.The grouping method was:random digital table method.Routine nursing was applied to the treatment of patients in the control group,the concept of continuous nursing combined with accelerated rehabilitation was applied to the treatment of patients in the observation group,and the patients’exercise compliance was compared after nursing The recovery of hip function and postoperative complications.Results After nursing,there was a significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P<0.05),which was lower in the observation group(P<0.05);the rate of independent exercise,the rate of compliance exercise site,the rate of compliance exercise action and the rate of compliance exercise time in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);after three months of follow-up,the two groups had a significant difference(P<0.05)The difference of functional score was significant in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing combined with accelerated rehabilitation can effectively reduce postoperative complications,improve the compliance of postoperative rehabilitation exercise and improve the hip function.
