尿毒症血液透析患者动静脉内瘘的临床护理体会

摘　　要：目的分析探究尿毒症血液透析患者动静脉内瘘的临床护理效果,总结临床护理经验。方法从在本院2015年3月至2019年3月期间接受血液透析的尿毒症患者中筛选63例作为研究对象,对其临床资料展开回顾性分析。按照接受护理方式的不同分为常规组(n=31)和优质组(n=32),对比两组患者的临床护理效果,观察其动静脉内瘘发生情况。结果优质组患者并发症发生率为3.13%,低于常规组的12.90%(P<0.05),优质组患者的住院时间为(10.21±2.21)d,护理满意度评分为(92.23±1.23)分,优于常规组的(15.24±2.25)d和(80.55±2.00)分(P<0.05)。结论尿毒症血液透析患者治疗过程中,给予科学的优质护理干预,可以有效预防内瘘情况不良、内瘘阻塞以及内瘘吻合口感染等并发症的出现,同时在缩短患者住院时间以及提升临床护理满意度等方面,均发挥着重要的作用,因此应该提高对优质护理工作的重视程度。Objective To analyze the clinical nursing effect of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients with uremia and to summarize the clinical nursing experience.Methods Sixty-three patients with uremia who underwent hemodialysis between March 2015 and March 2019 were enrolled in this study.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different ways of receiving nursing,the patients were divided into the regular group(n=31)and the high-quality group(n=32).The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared,and the occurrence of arteriovenous fistula was observed.Results The complication rate was 3.13%in the high-quality group,which was lower than that in the conventional group(12.90%,P<0.05).The hospitalization time was(10.12±2.21)days and the nursing satisfaction score was(92.23±1.23).The fraction was superior to the conventional group(15.24±2.25)days and(80.55±2.00)points(P<0.05).Conclusion In the course of treatment of uremic hemodialysis patients,scientific quality nursing intervention can effectively prevent the occurrence of complications such as poor internal hemorrhoids,internal hemorrhoids and internal anastomotic infection,and shorten the length of hospital stay and improve clinical practice.Care satisfaction and other aspects play an important role,so we should pay more attention to quality nursing work.
