摘 要:2019年新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情正被世界广泛关注。本次疫情的危重患者以中老年人居多。而老年精神科更存在其特殊性,患者常精神疾病与慢性基础疾病共存,需要长期留陪,这将增加感染机率及死亡风险,因此做好老年精神科病房组织管理,对疫情防控显得尤为重要。In 2019, COVID-19(Corona Virus Disease 2019)epidemic is attracting worldwide attention. Most of the critical patients are middle-aged and elderly. But the elderly psychiatry department has its particularity. Patients often have mental diseases and chronic basic diseases coexist, and need to stay for a long time, which will increase the risk of infection and death. Therefore, it is particularly important for the prevention and control of the epidemic to do a good job in the organization and management of the geriatric psychiatry ward.
