摘　　要：目的:探讨围绝经期女性卵巢衰退后性激素水平的变化。方法:随机抽选石景山医院2017年6月至2018年10月期间门诊收治的围绝经期患者120例作为观察组,将石景山医院体检中心健康育龄女性40例作为对照组,用全自动化学发光法分别检测两组的性激素水平(促卵泡生成激素(FSH)、促黄体生成激素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、泌乳素(PRL)、睾酮(T)及孕酮(P)),分析两组患者激素水平的差异。结果:观察组患者E2、P、PRL明显降低,FSH、LH值明显增高,两组间比较显著差异(P<0.05),睾酮虽有降低,但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:围绝经期女性性激素水平发生了明显的变化,监测性激素水平有助于预防和治疗围绝经期综合征。Objective: To investigate the changes of sex hormone levels after ovarian decline in perimenopausal women. Methods: 120 perimenopausal patients treated in the outpatient department of obstetrics and gynecology of Shijingshan Hospital from June 2017 to October 2018 were randomly selected as observation group, 40 healthy women of childbearing age in physical examination center of Shijingshan Hospital were used as control group, and sex hormone levels(estradiol(E2), luteinizing hormone(LH), follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH), prolactin(PRL), testosterone(T)and progesterone(P)were measured by automatic chemiluminescence method. Results: The E2、P、PRL of patients in the observation group decreased significantly, the FSH、LH value increased significantly, significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05), T decreased but not statistically(P>0.05). Conclusion: There are obvious changes in sex hormone levels in perimenopausal women, and monitoring sex hormone levels is helpful to prevent and treat perimenopausal syndrome.
