小剂量低分子肝素联合雷公藤多苷治疗小儿过敏性紫癜性肾炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察小剂量低分子肝素联合雷公藤多苷治疗小儿过敏性紫癜性肾炎的临床疗效。方法:收集我院住院治疗并明确诊断过敏性紫癜性肾炎的患儿共60例,将所有入组患儿随机分组,分为对照组与观察组,每组各30例。两组均给予常规药物对症治疗;其中对照组患儿给予雷公藤多苷治疗;观察组给予小剂量低分子肝素联合雷公藤多苷治疗。治疗2周后观察两组患者的总有效率。结果:治疗2周后观察组患者的总有效率要明显高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小剂量低分子肝素联合雷公藤多苷治疗小儿过敏性紫癜性肾炎临床疗效显著,适合临床推广。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of small dose of low molecular weight heparin combined with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside in the treatment of infantile allergic purpura nephritis. Methods: A total of 60 children hospitalized in our hospital from May 2019 to October 2019 and diagnosed with anaphylactic purpura nephritis were collected. All included children were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups were given symptomatic treatment with conventional drugs. The control group was treated with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside. The observation group was treated with a small dose of low molecular weight heparin combined with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside. After 2 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of patients in both groups was observed. Results: After 2 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Small dose of low molecular weight heparin combined with Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside in the treatment of children with Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis has significant clinical effect, which is suitable for clinical promotion.
