摘 要:基于车辆动力学理论,建立了弹性轴悬式直驱系统扭转动力学模型,通过求解系统扭振微分方程,论述了弹性联轴器的减振效率及其影响因素;同时,提出了一款适用于轴悬式直驱系统的联轴器结构,并对其关键性能参数进行了理论分析与设计计算;最后,以某城轨车辆轴悬式直驱系统为设计对象进行了实例计算与试验验证。结果显示,计算值与试验值一致,满足设计要求。Based on the vehicle dynamics theory, the torsional dynamic model of the elastic axle suspended direct drive system was established. By solving the system torsional vibration differential equation, the vibration reduction efficiency of the elastic coupling and its influencing factors were discussed. At the same time, a coupling structure suitable for the axle suspended direct drive system was proposed, and its key performance parameters were theoretically analyzed, designed and calculated. Finally, an example calculation and test verification were carried out by taking an axle suspended direct drive system of a certain urban rail vehicle as the design object. The results showed that the calculated value was consistent with the test value and met the design requirements.
