摘 要:针对高速变轨距动车组转向架轮轴间转矩传递的问题,提出了滚子花键传动方案、花键轴传动方案和轴套式花键传动方案3种传动方案。对3种方案进行了比较,并对花键轴传动方案和轴套式花键传动方案进行了强度校核和有限元分析。分析结果表明,轴套式花键传动方案优点突出,在3种传动方式中应当优先考虑。In view of the problem of torque transmission between wheels and axles of high-speed variable-gauge EMU bogies, three transmission schemes were put forward, which were roller spline transmission scheme, spline shaft transmission scheme and sleeve spline transmission scheme. The three schemes were compared, and the strength check and finite element analysis were carried out for the spline shaft transmission scheme and the sleeve spline transmission scheme. The results showed that the advantages of the sleeve spline drive scheme were outstanding, which should be considered firstly among the three drive modes.
