摘　　要：针对目前人工搬运砝码进行电梯载荷试验耗时费力,存在剪切、溜梯等安全风险问题,提出利用水箱快速注水代替人工频繁搬运砝码的电梯载荷试验方法,研制了相关试验装置,无需人员来回搬运砝码即可实现自动均匀加载,避免试验过程中电梯突发剪切、溜梯等事故对人员造成伤害,缩短了试验时间,降低了劳动强度,大幅度提高了电梯载荷试验的效率和安全性.In view of the time-consuming and laborious test method of manually transporting weights to carry out the load test of elevator,and the existing safety risks such as shearing and sneak ladders,an elevator load test device is put forward by using the water tank to load the elevator weight quickly instead of manually transferring the weight frequently,and the relevant test equipment is developed.It can achieve the automatic uniform loading without personnel carrying weights back and forth,and avoid the injury of personnel caused by the sudden shearing and sneak ladders of elevators during the test.It can shorten the test time,reduce the labor intensity,and greatly improve the efficiency and safety of the elevator load test.
