变频控制自动扶梯驱动电动机轴承电蚀的问题分析

摘　　要：调查了变频控制自动扶梯电动机轴承电蚀的问题,分析了电动机轴承电蚀的原理;在此基础上提出了避免轴承电蚀的改善方案,并对dv/dt输出滤波器和轴电流接地作了分析、安装及测试。改善轴承电蚀的方案可以为变频控制电动机轴承的电蚀抑制提供参考。The investigation and the analysis of the principle of electric erosion of escalator motor bearing are given.Based on those,the improvement scheme to avoid bearing electric erosion is proposed,and the dv/dt output filter and shaft current groudning are analyzed,installed and tested.The reference for preventing the electric erosion of the variable frequency control motor bearing is provided with the scheme of improving the electric erosion of bearing.
