摘　　要：以广州为例介绍了加装电梯的基本情况,分析了加装电梯在安全管理方面存在的主要问题,然后结合各地实践经验,从管理、资金、物联网建设、提前服务、社区治理,以及土建施工监管等方面提出了具体建议,指出加装电梯安全管理压力将越来越大,需尽早建立长效机制。The basic situation and difficult points in the safety management of adding elevators in Guangzhou are introduced.According to the practical experience of various regions,some suggestions about management,fund,the internet of things,the service in advance,community governance,and the supervision of civil engineering are put forward.It is pointed out that the pressure of safety management will be more and more,and a long-term mechanism should be established as soon as possible.
