摘  要:目的:探讨湖南预防新冠肺炎1号方(预防1号方)对人体细胞免疫和体液免疫的影响。方法:选择在本院体检中心体检的健康人群398人,18~59岁为中青年组参与试验一,60岁以上为老年组参与试验二;两组试验均将受试者分为干预组和非干预组,干预组口服预防1号方4 d,非干预组未服药,检测用药前后外周血清CD4^+/CD8^+、IgA、IgM、IgG、C3、C4、IL-2、TNF及IFN-α的变化。结果:(1)试验一:干预组用药后IgA、IgM、IgG显著下降(P<0.05),而非干预组无明显变化;干预组及非干预组C3、C4均显著下降(P<0.05);干预组用药后CD4^+/CD8^+无明显变化,而非干预组CD4^+/CD8^+显著上升(P<0.05);非干预组和干预组IL-2均显著升高(P<0.05);两组用药后上述指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)试验二:非干预组和干预组用药后IgA、IgM、IgG、C3、C4、CD4^+/CD8^+均显著下降(P<0.05)。干预组用药后IL-2显著上升(P<0.05),IFN-α显著下降(P<0.05);非干预组用药后TNF显著上升(P<0.05)。两组用药后上述指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:湖南预防新冠肺炎1号方对年轻健康群体及老年健康人群的免疫功能有一定的调节作用,其中对年轻健康人群体液免疫的影响大于细胞免疫。Objective:To explore the effect of Hunan Preventing Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)No.1 Prescription(Preventing No.1 Prescription)on human cellular immunity and humoral immunity.Methods:A total of 396 healthy people were selected from the physical examination center in our hospital.18-59 years old is the young and middle-aged group to participate in Experiment 1,60 years old and above is the elderly group to participate in Experiment 2.Both groups divided the subjects into intervention group and non-intervention group.The intervention group was treated with Preventing No.1 Prescription for 4 days,while the non-intervention group was not treated with the medicine.The changes of peripheral serum CD4^+/CD8^+,IgA,IgM,IgG,C3,C4,IL-2,TNF and IFN-αbefore and after medication were detected in both groups.Results:(1)Experiment 1:IgA,IgM and IgG in the intervention group decreased significantly(P<0.05),while there was no significant change in the non-intervention group.C3 and C4 in the intervention group and the non-intervention group decreased significantly(P<0.05).There was no significant change in CD4^+/CD8^+in the intervention group,while the non-intervention group CD4^+/CD8^+increased significantly(P<0.05).IL-2 was significantly increased in non-intervention group and intervention group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the above indexes between the two groups after medication(P>0.05).Experiment 2:After treatment,the IgA,IgM,IgG,C3,C4,and CD4/CD8 of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).IL-2 increased significantly in the intervention group(P<0.05),and IFN-αdecreased significantly(P<0.05).TNF in the non-intervention group increased significantly after medication(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the above indexes between the two groups after medication(P>0.05).Conclusion:Preventing Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)No.1 Prescription has a certain regulatory effect on the immune function of young healthy people and elderly healthy people.Among t
