百笑灸干预下肢经筋结点联合平衡功能训练对痉挛型偏瘫患儿步行能力的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察百笑灸干预下肢经筋结点联合平衡功能训练对痉挛型偏瘫患儿步行能力的影响。方法:将46例分型为痉挛型偏瘫的脑性瘫痪患儿,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组23例,对照组23例。两组患儿均予以常规抗痉挛治疗及平衡功能训练,治疗组患儿在此基础上加百笑灸干预偏瘫下肢相关经筋结点进行治疗。抗痉挛治疗、平衡功能训练及百笑灸干预均5次/周,30 min/次。在治疗前、治疗12周后分别采用步速(m/s)、6 min步行距离(m)、功能性步行分级(functional ambulation category,FAC分级)对两组患儿步行能力进行评定。结果:治疗后两组患儿步速、6 min步距、FAC分级与组内治疗前比较,均有明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患儿步速、6 min步距、FAC分级组间比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在平衡功能训练的基础上加用百笑灸干预痉挛下肢经筋结点,能够更好地改善痉挛型偏瘫患儿的步行能力。Objective:To observe the effect of Baixiao moxibustion(百笑灸)combined with balance training on walking ability of children with spastic hemiplegia.Methods:46 children with cerebral palsy classified as spasmodic hemiplegia were randomly divided into 23 patients in the treatment group and 23 patients in the control group.Both groups received conventional anti-spasmodic therapy and balance training.On this basis,the treatment group received Baixiao moxibustion for hemiplegic lower limbs.Anti-convulsive therapy,balance training and Baixiao moxibustion were conducted 5 times a week for 30 minutes each time.Before treatment and 12 weeks after treatment,walking speed(m/s),6-minute walking distance(m)and functional ambulation category(FAC)were respectively adopted to assess the walking ability of children in the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the walking speed,6-minute walking distance and FAC grade of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before the treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05);and after the treatment,all indicators were better than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of balance function training,the application of Baixiao moxibustion can improve the walking ability of children with spastic hemiplegia.
